Overview
To secure and provide for proper arrangement of streets or other highways in relation to existing or planned streets or other highways or to the comprehensive plan or plans of the Wagoner County unincorporated area. Additionally to provide for adequate and convenient open spaces for traffic, utilities, access of fire-fighting apparatus, parking lots, parks, playgrounds, light and air; and for avoidance of congestion of population.
